MICHAEL SHANABERGER - REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
I grew up in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and began my career in home building working alongside my parents custom home business doing everything form site clean up to framing. Upon graduation from college in Dallas, Texas, I moved to the Pacific Northwest. After ten years working as a consultant in various automotive dealerships and with Ford Motor Company, I joined a local builder as a sales and marketing director for residential homes. I joined Adair Homes in January of 2011 as the Eastern Regional Sales Manager, but continue to reside in Vancouver Washington where I raise my son and three daughters.

COREY SJOBOEN - SR CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT
I grew up in the construction industry with both my grandfather and father owning different construction companies throughout California and Washington. After a few years in college I couldn’t wait to get into the industry myself and in 1992 became a general contractor in Olympia. In 2006 I sold my company and have since been specifically involved with “on your lot building” in Eastern Washington. I bring 19+ years of construction management knowledge, sales, and marketing. I enjoy all aspects of the building process and it brings me great satisfaction to see a family move into a home with instant equity and their dreams realized. My wife of almost 20 years is my best friend and we have 2 teenage daughters together. We spend our time boating on the Columbia River, camping, and enjoying the abundant sunshine we all have here.

CHRIS OSTGAARD -  HOMEOWNERSHIP COUNSELOR
Originally from Long Beach, Washington, home of the Ilwaco fishermen, I grew up working in my dad's cabinet shop and our family lumber yard. I received degrees in industrial instrumentation and process control from Perry Technical Institute. After college, I worked in industrial automation for 6 years for the world's largest electrical manufacturer. To pursue my longtime dream of property development, I went to work as a sales consultant building over 250 homes throughout 5 years with a local “on your site” builder. I have been married to my wife, Brooke, for 10 years. We have 2 daughters, Taylor and Ally. Our hobbies include building and remodeling homes, property development, and we love to spend as much time as we can outdoors snowmobiling, back country skiing, jeeping, motorcycle riding, camping and horseback riding. .

KRISTEN SILVA - OFFICE ASSISTANT
I grew up in the Tri-Cities and attended Hanford High School. Recently, I graduated from Washington State University with a degree in business management. While working through school, I participated in several unique and fun internship experiences. I spent a year working at Walt Disney World in Florida and a summer at the San Diego Zoo. What I enjoy most about working with Adair is being a part of the building process and working with families excited to see their dreams come true.
